While information about Microsoft and Xbox 360’s exciting Xbox LIVE Arcade promotion was revealed last week, it was only recently that we received word that all four titles included in the ‘Arcade Next’ event would be available to South African Xbox LIVE account holders.
Xbox 360 South Africa recently confirmed to us that Trials Evolution, Bloodforge, Fable Heroes and Minecraft: Xbox 360 Edition will all show up on Xbox LIVE Marketplace in South Africa on their respective release dates, starting with Trials on April 18th.
In addition, a special ‘free MS Points’ reward programme has been revealed in which you could net yourself 400 MS Points simply for purchasing one of the games in the Arcade Next promotion.
Here’s how the MS Points incentives programme is going to work, straight from Xbox 360 South Africa (just so we don’t confuse the issue):
“First time XBLA buyer incentive: purchase any one of these four (4) Arcade Next games: Trials Evolution, Bloodforge, Fable Heroes, or Minecraft: Xbox 360 Edition, and receive 400 promotional Microsoft Points!
“Limit one (1) per account. To qualify, you must purchase one of the four (4) games from Xbox LIVE Arcade using your Xbox LIVE account, between April 18, 2012 and May 15, 2012. Promotional Microsoft Points will be deposited into your account within four to six weeks, and must be used by 12/30/2012.”
